1. color

I allow a choice between two coloring styles I use in my artworks. Most of the time, I use an airbrush-inspired method for coloring and shading, pictured above of the left. However, I often enjoy using patterns in my work, and will use repeating patterns in place of solid coloring. These are directly shaded with the 'Relief' tool, which give them such strong shadows. 2. detailing

Detailing in relation to pricing is a bit complex.
Please note that 'detailed' work is only suitable IF you are commissioning from a real image. I would typically reserve this for traditional paintings, and if you request it, I reserve the right to deny.
'Chibi' art can only be commissioned as fullbody pieces. Be aware that a simplified style may reduce some defining traits of your reference. Notify me what important features must be kept even when simplified.

terms of service

1. Commercial UsageMy art is usually never intended for commercial use, but upon discussing so, I am not against it at all. Please contact me prior to any commissions intended for commercial use of my artwork or designs. In the event of so, please expect an exponential fee. I am always willing to discuss prices, but please do not attempt to haggle too lowly.
Even upon approval of commercial use, I do NOT allow my artwork or design in NFTs or other crypto-related usage, nor to be used to train AI.2. Personal UsageI allow all personal usage of my work. This includes using my art or designs in anything that does not generate profit. If you are to display my work anywhere, (i.e. a character's wiki) I only ask that you credit me for the art or design used.3. AlterationsI do not allow alterations of my character commission pieces, but I am not bothered at all if you decide to redesign or change certain aspects of a custom character. If you do so, I only ask you to credit me for the original work, or the concept.
Please do not remove or hide my watermark from an illustration.4. ContentI refuse to create or promote any harmful, or political, in any way, content. Please do not contact me to request art that contains any sensitive subject, including, but not limited to:-suicide and suicidal ideation (not including scars)
-hateful content, such as racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.
-real-world political content, no matter which way it leans
-content containing sexual assaultIn addition, I am also not willing to create:-sexual or fetish content in any way
-gore or death of children and animals
-artwork of real celebrities
-artwork of fandoms/pre-existing characters. This does not include original fan characters.Please know I have the right to, under any circumstance, deny a commission. If so is to happen after payment, I will provide a refund.5. PaymentI am willing to use almost any digital method of payment, i.e. PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp (Prefered), etc. However, if your method of choice involves a transaction fee, or conversion fee (if the client does not use USD), you are expected to pay for it in full in addition to the commission.
Please pay, in full, for the commission after completion of the sketch.6. EtiquetteAs mentioned before, I reserve all rights to cancel and refund an artwork, under any circumstance. If I in any way feel uncomfortable, rushed, or otherwise uneasy whilst talking to or discussing a piece, I will cancel the transaction. I will always notify the client before so.7. Process and RefundingI should usually only take two days to a week to finish and return a digital art piece. However, please know that I am a real person, and may be focusing on school, work, family, etc. If anything is to come up that renders me unable to continue your piece, I will as promptly as possible notify and refund you.
My process or workflow is something like this--order confirmed > sketch > check in > payment received > lineart > check in > coloring > check in > clean up/completionAfter I send you the cleaned up sketch, and you are satisfied with it, please pay in full.
If, after you have paid, I can no longer complete the work, I will inform you so, and you will be fully refunded.
You are allowed to cancel an illustration for any means until the coloring stage. If you no longer want the artwork after this stage, you are still obligated to pay at least 80 % of the price.Traditional paintings cannot be refunded.---TL;DR.
1. Contact for commercial use. No NFTS and no AI.
2. All personal use permitted.
3. Do not edit my artwork. You are permitted to redesign my character designs.
4. No offensive, sexual, or otherwise sensitive content.
5. Most payment methods are acceptable. Please pay extra transaction fees.
6. Please know I have the right to withdraw from any transaction.
7. If you cancel, you can only receive a refund prior to the coloring phase. Traditional/Physical pieces cannot be refunded.
